Size Exchange

If there is a size issue with your delivered product, please email us at support@kkfkurtis.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8882264277 within 24 hours of delivery. For size exchanges, customers are required to return the product with their name and mobile number included, and the exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Exchanges are only allowed for size issues, and not for product exchanges. In cases where the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

• Credit Voucher Validity: Credit notes issued for exchanges are valid for 30 days.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on items once sold.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or an incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product via the fastest available courier. Please note, every product undergoes three layers of quality checks before shipping, and the process is recorded for reference. Should there still be an issue, we will resolve it promptly.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.

• Important: An unboxing video of the parcel must be provided in both exchange and damage scenarios. Without this, we will be unable to process your request.

Order Cancellation

Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.

Why Was My Exchange Request Denied?

We ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless, but exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

• Material/Color: Exchanges or returns are not accepted if the customer dislikes the material or color of the dress. Please review the product description and images carefully before ordering.
• Human Handwork: Our products are crafted by hand, involving various processes. Variations in color, finish, and overall appearance may occur. Subtle variations in color must be acknowledged due to screen accuracy differences.
• Color Variations: A 5-10% color difference may occur depending on your device’s screen resolution and lighting during photography. Please note that exchanges or returns are not accepted for this reason.
• Accuracy of Display: While we make every effort to display product colors accurately on www.kkfkurtis.com, variations may occur due to monitor or device settings. We cannot guarantee complete color accuracy.
• Washed/Worn Items: Products that have been washed or worn are not eligible for exchange.
• Sale Items: Products purchased from the SALE section or bought with a coupon or gift voucher are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If the desired size for exchange is unavailable, you will receive a credit note via email. The credit note must be used within 30 days on www.kkfkurtis.com, and it must be used in one transaction.
